August 21, 2026 - New Account Activity Dashboard! 📊🎉

Say hello to the new Account Activity Dashboard — a bird's-eye view of everything happening across your account! Sign-ups, revenue, credits awarded, and course completions are all charted in one place so you can see your trends at a glance.

You'll find it under Organization Settings → Reports & History → Account Activity (it replaces the old Usage History page). Here's what's inside:

• Registrations: New sign-ups over time, charted against your remaining participant bank, with a projection of when you'll need more participants at your current pace.
• Revenue: Payments collected across your courses (net of refunds) along with the number of transactions.
• Registration Types: How your sign-ups divide across your registration types, with a full course-by-type breakdown one click away.
• Credits & Completions: Credits awarded to learners and courses fully completed.

Every headline number is compared against the previous period so you can immediately see whether things are trending up or down, and each card offers Excel downloads of the underlying data. Use the dropdown for common time periods like "Month to date" or "Last 30 days" — or enter any custom date range you like.

You'll need the ORG ADMIN or PAYMENT PROCESSORS permission to see the revenue numbers; everyone with access to Organization Settings can see the rest.
