February 23, 2026 - Auto-Refill: Keep Your Participant Bank Topped Up!

The Subscription & Billing page in Organization Settings now lets you automatically keep your participant bank stocked. No more manual reorders when your bank runs low — let the system handle it for you!

Auto-Refill Participant Bank

The new auto-refill feature automatically buys additional participants when your bank drops below your configured threshold. Here is how to set it up:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings. The Subscription & Billing page is now the landing page.
  2. Under the Participant Bank section, set your Low Participant Threshold.
  3. Check the "Auto-Refill Participant Bank" checkbox.
  4. Select the Auto-Refill Quantity from the dropdown — the number of participants to add each time auto-refill is triggered.
  5. Confirm your selection in the confirmation dialog and save your settings.

Important: Auto-refill requires a saved payment method with a default card set. If you have not added one yet, you will see a warning message with a link to manage your payment methods.
