February 4, 2026 - Auto-Unpublish Expired Courses

We've added a new feature that automatically removes expired courses from your catalogs! This keeps your course listings current without any manual effort.

A daily automated process checks all courses published to your catalogs. When all of a course's credits have passed their expiration dates, the course is automatically unpublished. Credits without expiration dates are treated as non-expiring.

• Existing registrations are not affected. Learners who already registered can still access their content and credits.
• Enabled by default for all organizations, but you can disable it anytime.

To control this feature, look for the new "Course Management" section in your Organization Settings with the "Auto-Unpublish Expired Courses" checkbox.
