In order to support the enhanced reporting capabilities you'll notice that the credit management form has been updated with dynamic sections that change what they display depending on what information is needed for the selected reporting.

Everything is roughly in the same place, but you'll notice additional coloring and some fields only appear after the "Accreditation & Reporting" options are set:
