Choosing the Right Report

LecturePanda's reports are spread across three places — your organization settings, each course's tools, and each quiz — because they answer three different sizes of question. This page routes you from the question you have to the report that answers it.

Start from the question

What you want to knowWhere to go
Who finished this course, and what did they earn?Course → Lecture Tools → Completions Report
Who registered for this course, with their details?Course → Registrants list → export
How many CE hours did we deliver across everything?Reports & History → Credit Reporting History
What did one learner do across all our courses?Reports & History → Global Participant Search
What did we get paid, and through which gateway?Reports & History → Payment History
How are sign-ups, revenue, and completions trending account-wide?Reports & History → Account Activity
How many participants have we used, and when?Reports & History → Account Activity
How did learners answer a specific quiz?Course → Quizzes → the report icons on that quiz's row
How are learners answering the same question across courses?Reports & History → Question Fingerprint Report
What was submitted to ACPE, and did it succeed?Course → Lecture Tools → Submitted ACPE Report
What did people answer in in-video questions?Course → Lecture Tools → Video Responses

Per-course or account-wide?

The same underlying data is available at two scopes, and picking the wrong one is the usual reason a report "doesn't have what I need."

Per-course reports live on the course itself and answer operational questions — chasing the people who haven't finished, checking a session's evaluation scores, exporting a registrant list for name badges.

Account-wide reports live under Organization Settings → Reports & History and answer institutional questions — an accreditation audit, a board report, a year's revenue, one learner's full record.

If you find yourself running the same per-course report across a dozen courses and pasting the results together, the account-wide version almost certainly exists.

For an accreditation audit

Two reports carry most of the weight:

  • Credit Reporting History exports every credit issued, with dates and learner details, filterable by range. Totalling credit hours for an audit walks through summing it in a spreadsheet.
  • Submitted ACPE Report, per course, shows exactly what was sent to ACPE and what came back — the record to produce when a submission is questioned.

Alongside those, the quiz Print Page export gives you a formatted evaluation summary per session, which is usually what a reviewer wants to see for speaker feedback.

Sample certificates for a reviewer

Accreditors often ask for an example certificate rather than a report. See Designing a Certificate Template for producing one without a real learner completion.

Known limits

  • The Question Fingerprint Report is per question, not per quiz. It won't roll up to an aggregate pre-learning versus post-learning score across courses. For an aggregate, open each course's quiz summary individually. This is a known request we're tracking.
  • Marketplace income isn't a separate report. It shows up in Payment History under the Source column — payments that arrived through another organization's site are labelled Marketplace, everything else carries your gateway's name. No need to reconcile in Stripe separately.
  • Exports are spreadsheets, not integrations. If you're exporting on a schedule to push data somewhere else, Zapier is the better tool.
